First, get in touch with the lender and let them know. Then, get in contact with us right away at [email protected]. We understand things happen, but it’s important we begin communicating with the lender immediately so as not to inconvenience them. If 12 hours have passed since the rental period has ended and the lender nor Quupe has heard from you, you will be charged double the item’s daily rental rate, and the same again for every day that the rental is not returned.

If you’re just wanting to extend the rental, contact the lender before the rental period has ended, and ask them if it’s okay to extend. If they’re fine with it, then you can simply make another booking on the site for the new dates, and then you’ll be all set.
