Here's a simple guide explaining how to troubleshoot on Quupe if you run into any major issues related to adding items, requests, search or chat.

  1. Make sure your profile is updated with your address and phone number. You can do that by going to your Quupe Account and make the changes.
  2. Our platform has been tested on all browsers and devices but some older Internet Explorer and Firefox browser versions may not support some of our features. We highly recommend using Google Chrome on mobile or desktop.
  3. If you have logged in using Facebook, Google or Email and are still seeing a login/sign-up option, please refresh your screen.
